ReviveRCM is an AI-assisted denial-recovery service for medical practices with 1–20 providers. We help identify claims that may be worth appealing and move recovery work forward without adding another task list to your team’s day.

Our mission is straightforward: give denied claims a second look so practices can focus on patient care. Start by requesting a free scan of 90 days; secure remittance intake and the BAA workflow are not available yet.

AI helps organize review. Horizon reviews each appeal and submits it when ready; the service does not automatically file appeals, and a recovery is never guaranteed.
